"I greatly value my opportunities to have worked with Dr. Lina Rincón, as both a colleague and a consultant. In her consultant capacity, Dr. Rincón conducted an evaluation of our institution’s two-day Racial Equity Policy Review Institute, which followed a year-long employee development program, both of which Dr. Rincón developed and implemented previously as an employee and member of the cross-divisional planning team. Dr. Rincón’s expertise and insight into both faculty development and equity-centered practices was essential in crafting a program on racial equity that was applicable, adaptable, and usable by employees at every level of the organization, in every staff and faculty department.
